ENTIRE AGREEMENT :

Except as expressly provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and audio visuals, these terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to all of your online purchases from the website at www.audiovisuals.com (the “Site”) and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you using any other document (s). Any effort to alter, augment, or amend this document, or to place an order for product(s) subject to new or altered terms and conditions, shall be void unless otherwise agreed to in a writing agreement signed by both you and Audio visuals Inc.

ACCEPTANCE  :

By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon until accepted by Audio Visuals Inc. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone i.e. audiovisuals have the right to cancel any sale transaction before dispatch (refund will be initiated once the order will be cancelled in the system). audiovisuals will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.

PRICING ;

Because pricing, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time, Audio Visuals Inc do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site. Please see our Site Terms of Use for additional information on our pricing policies.

The manufacturer’s suggested retail price is abbreviated as MRP. We may frequently offer products at prices lower than MRP, and no sales at MRP may have occurred for any one product.

MRP serves as a standard against which we may evaluate our discounts from MRP to pricing supplied by other retailers. Other retailers’ willingness to sell at MRP varies by product, geographic area, store type, and over time.

PAYMENT TERMS—ORDERS :

Internet orders can be paid for with VISA, MasterCard, NEFT, Cheque, or Direct Cash Deposit. Cash can be deposited directly into our bank account.

LIMITED QUANTITIES 

Some products, such as those marked as Hot Buys, Closeouts, Limited Quantity items, and Free Gifts, may be limited to stock on hand and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

SHIPPING CHARGES—TAXES AND TITLE :

All Audio Visuals purchases are conducted under the terms of a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you at the time we send them to the carrier.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All new products come with a limited warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty time and service are different depending on the manufacturer and product.

Purchase with confidence. Call or email us if you see a lower quoted price from any authorised Indian dealer before or after the sale. We will match any verifiable advertised price by 10% of the difference. If you’ve already purchased from us and discover a lower advertised price within 10 days of your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll reimburse the difference following verification.

Please contact us at online support for Internet requests and include the rival website address (ideally the individual product page URL) for our representative. We’ll double-check the internet pricing and product description, as well as the brand name, availability, comparable price, and product characteristics. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS :

• This warranty does not cover the following things.

• Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries are all factors to consider.

• Any type of setup, adjustment, or routine maintenance.

• Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood caused by temperature or humidity changes, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made of vinyl, plastic, rubber, or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals, or non-approved polishes

• Humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, and acids of perspiration can cause damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components.

• Any harm to an instrument caused by customisation or modification from manufacturing specifications.

Any instrument whose serial number has been removed, altered or tampered with in any way.

Any instrument acquired outside of www.audiovisualsinc.com.

Instruments that have been serviced by unlicensed individuals.

Theft or loss.

Battery leakage caused damage.

Cleaning of electronic controls or contacts as a result of exposure to a dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
